Beautiful nails start with healthy nail beds. Moisturise cuticles daily with a light oil and avoid picking or cutting cuticles aggressively. Pushing them back gently is enough.

Wear gloves during washing and cleaning to protect polish and prevent weakening. Give nails a break from enhancements every few months to let the natural nail recover.

File in one direction to prevent splitting. Use a strengthening base coat if your nails are prone to peeling. Diet matters too: biotin, protein and hydration support growth from within.

Regular professional manicures help maintain shape and cuticle health. Between visits, keep nails trimmed and hydrated for a polished appearance.
