Bookings and cancellations

Appointments require a valid credit card for some services. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Pricing

Prices listed are starting points and may vary based on length, thickness and stylist experience. Final quotes are provided during consultation.

Conduct

Emerald Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves disrespectfully toward staff or other guests.

Liability

Services are provided with care and skill. We are not liable for adverse reactions that were not disclosed during consultation or patch testing.
